Coaching is a professional relationship focused on helping you achieve personal or professional goals. It is not therapy or medical advice.2. Booking & Payment
Sessions are booked via Calendly and paid securely via Stripe. Payment is required at the time of booking.3. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable.4. Refund Policy
Coaching is a personalized service. Once a session is completed, it is non-refundable. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply under EU law to personalized services once delivery has begun with your consent.5. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during coaching is treated as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.6. Liability
You remain fully responsible for your decisions and actions. Recenter accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from coaching.7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may bring legal proceedings in connection with these Terms either before the competent courts of your place of residence or before the courts of Germany.Recenter does not participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board and is not obliged to do so.
